These Terms of Service govern your use of 7 Figure Digital Creators Online Family (7FDCOF), including our website, community, membership, affiliate program, and vendor marketplace. By registering an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Membership
7FDCOF Membership is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges tied to your membership.
Payments And Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Given the nature of digital products and immediate community access granted upon purchase, membership and digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us directly.
Affiliate Program
Affiliates are approved individually and receive a personal referral link and promo code upon approval. Commissions are paid per our published affiliate terms and may be withheld in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating referral activity. 7FDCOF reserves the right to revoke affiliate status at its discretion for violations of these terms.
Vendor Marketplace
Vendors approved to sell through the 7FDCOF marketplace are responsible for the accuracy of their own product listings, fulfillment, and customer service for their products. 7FDCOF is not responsible for disputes between vendors and buyers beyond facilitating the marketplace platform itself. A marketplace commission applies to vendor sales as disclosed at the time of vendor approval.
Community Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully and honestly within the community. 7FDCOF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, fraud, spam, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the community.
Intellectual Property
Content created by 7FDCOF, including course materials, templates, and branding, remains the property of 7FDCOF. Members and vendors retain ownership of their own original content and products uploaded to the platform.
Multi-Currency Pricing
Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies, including Nigerian Naira (NGN) and CFA Franc (XOF), for the convenience of members across different regions. The currency charged at checkout is the one displayed and selected at the time of purchase.
Proof Of Funds Letter
Members who reach 600 referral sales within 5 months of their first referral sale become eligible to request a written proof of funds letter from 7FDCOF when they genuinely need one. A referral sale is counted when a person joins 7FDCOF as a member through the personal affiliate link of that member. Sales a member makes as a vendor in the marketplace do not count toward this figure. Referral sales are checked against 7FDCOF records, and 7FDCOF decides whether the requirements have been met. Becoming eligible to request a letter does not guarantee that one will be issued, and it is not a guarantee of any income, sales, or business outcome.
Limitation Of Liability
7FDCOF provides mentorship, community access, and marketplace tools, but does not guarantee specific income, sales, or business outcomes for any member, affiliate, or vendor. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Benin, as applicable to your location and relationship with 7FDCOF.
